Frequently asked questions
How do you price a project?
Most engagements start with a free assessment so we can scope accurately. From there we work either fixed-bid for well-defined migrations, or time-and-materials for ongoing DevOps/managed support. We'll tell you the model upfront — no surprise hourly creep.
Which migration strategy do you recommend?
It depends on the workload. We evaluate against the industry-standard 7 Rs — rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire, retain, relocate — and recommend per-application, not one strategy for everything.
Do you work with teams outside India?
Yes — we're remote-first and currently work with clients across India, the US, UK and EU, with overlap hours arranged per engagement.
Can you take over infrastructure someone else built?
Yes, this is one of our most common requests — auditing existing AWS/Azure/GCP environments, codifying them in Terraform, and taking over or co-managing operations from there.
Do you handle security and compliance, or just infrastructure?
Both. Security baselines (IAM, network segmentation, secrets management) and compliance groundwork (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR) are built into our migration and DevOps engagements, not bolted on afterward.
